Finding my licence key
Your licence key reaches you in two ways, and both remain valid over time:
- in the order confirmation email;
- from your store account, in your orders section.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first: the sender is noreply@elpisia.com.
Key missing, or already used on another Mac? Write to us through the contact form, quoting your order number and the app concerned.
