I didn't receive the confirmation email

The confirmation email is sent immediately after the order. If it doesn't show up:

• Check your spam / junk folder (sender noreply@elpisia.com).
• Make sure the address entered at checkout is correct.
• Wait a few minutes: some email providers delay delivery.
