Downloading my purchase after ordering
After your payment on shop.elpisia.com, your files are available immediately:
- Log in to your shop account.
- Open My account → Downloads.
- Click the file you want: the download starts right away.
A confirmation email containing the download link is also sent automatically (sender noreply@elpisia.com).
💡 Links stay active: you can re-download your products at any time from your account.
