Depending on the area concerned:

• Shop: on the login page, click “Lost your password?” and follow the link received by email.
• Training: use “Forgotten password” on the training area.
• Forums: same principle on forums.elpisia.com.

The reset email comes from noreply@elpisia.com — remember to check your spam folder.
