Deleting my account and my data

The steps depend on which account you mean:

• An account inside an app — every app has its own account-deletion page in the catalogue, at apps.elpisia.com/en/app-name/delete-account. It describes the procedure for that specific app.
• Your store account — write to us through the contact form from the account's email address. Invoices already issued are kept for as long as the law requires; everything else is erased.
